Can I view the meeting rooms before making a booking?
Yes, you can view our meeting rooms before confirming your booking. To get a feel of the space, please schedule a tour by reaching out to us via our respective centre's email or phone number. Please note that tour availability is subject to the current booking status—tours can only be arranged when the room is not in use or reserved.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel your meeting room rental with a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot will not be refunded. You may reach out to our team for more details or request special permissions, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Are there any additional costs for using the AV equipment or video conferencing tools?
Our meeting rooms are well-equipped with video conferencing systems. Any additional on-demand services like secretarial support or specialised equipment may incur extra rental charges. You may bring your own equipment, if necessary It is advisable for you to schedule a pre-meeting to conduct compatibility checks if you are bringing your own equipment. Are there catering options available for meetings?
Yes, private catering options for meetings are available and can be coordinated through our on-site team for an additional fee on top of the rental package. Alternatively, you may access our pantry in our
shared office spaces for refreshments, such as coffee, tea and light snacks.
