TWP offers a variety of workspaces designed to accommodate the needs of companies of all sizes and stages. All shared workplaces include access to common areas such as cafés, meeting rooms, lounges, and others.

    Virtual memberships provide businesses with a professional mailing address at any of our locations, exclusive member benefits and a full range of services and amenities on site.
What are some of your membership benefits?
Complimentary small meeting rooms, high-speed internet, air conditioning, daily office cleaning and mail handling are just a few of our basic member benefits.

Our members will also enjoy access to community events, exclusive professional events, benefits and discounts with our lifestyle partners.
What are the additional fees for on-demand services?
We provide a range of on-demand services such as secretarial support, printing, meeting facilities, IP phone and locker rental with reasonable charges that apply accordingly. Please contact our sales team at sales.sg@theworkproject.com to find out more.
What are your operating hours?
Our workspaces are accessible 24/7 with secure keycard access for our members. Our daily refreshments, amenities and reception are available Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (Singapore, Hong Kong); 8:30AM - 5:30PM (Australia).
How can I gain access to multiple locations globally?
Workspace members have complimentary access to our worldwide locations during business hours. Please inquire with your Community Team for access details.
Offices
What if I required more space or desks in the middle of my membership?
Fret not, our flexible memberships can help your company as you grow. With the option to add additional users or to upgrade to a larger office space, we are here to accommodate your needs.
Am I allowed to install privacy frosting or logo signage?
Yes. Our in-house graphic design team will assist you design and install in accordance with your company's brand standards.
Can I bring my own furniture or printer?
Yes, members who rent a private office can bring their own furniture or printer, subject to the house rules to ensure the quality and safety standards are met.

We recommend speaking to our Community team if you would like to set up your own wireless printer - as we can help set up IPSK/SSID to ensure that your printer network is dedicated for your company's use only.
Can guests visit me in my private office?
Yes. Our Community Team will register your guests at our front desk when they arrive.
How do I register my visitors?
Simply log in to your member portal to register your guest. Alternatively, our Community Team will register your guests on your behalf and issue a visitor pass upon registration.
Can I bring my pet to The Work Project?
We regret to inform that you are not allowed to bring your pet to the workspace, according to the building policy at our respective locations.
Meeting and Event Bookings
I do not have a membership, can I book a meeting room? How do I book a meeting room?
Yes. We do accept public bookings. Simply create an account on our website to book and make payment directly, or alternatively contact us here.
Does The Work Project offer video conferencing?
Yes. Our meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing systems.
Can I book an event space at The Work Project?
Yes. We have state of the art conference space for large gatherings, seminars, workshops, product launches and others. Learn more here.
Billing and Payment
How can I confirm my membership?
Your membership will be deemed as confirmed once your security deposit and your first month service fee has been received.
What is included in my monthly invoice?
Your monthly invoices will include the service fee for the following month for your membership(s), as well as any incidental charges (Eg. IT and Printing fees, Meeting Room fees etc) you may have incurred in the last month.
When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be issued on the 15th of the month and will be due on the last day of the invoice month.
What payment methods does The Work Project offer?
Our payment methods include Cheque, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Telegraph Transfer, PayNow and GIRO (Direct-Debit).

How can I book a tour?
To book a tour, please schedule an appointment by reaching us through our respective centre email or phone.
Are walk-ins allowed?

What is The Work Project's privacy policy?
The Work Project Group of Companies and our affiliates (collectively), “The Work Project Singapore Pte Ltd,” “The Work Project (Commercial) Pte Ltd,” “The Work Project (North Bridge) Pte Ltd,” “The Work Project Management Pte Ltd,” ”The Work Project HK limited,” “The Work Project (Sydney) Pty Ltd” “we”, “us,” and “our,” care about your privacy. The Work Project Group of Companies is committed to maintaining your trust by protecting your Personal Data. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise processes your Personal Data in connection with your use of our websites (“Website Services”), applications (“Apps”), or other services that refer to or link to this Policy, as well as any offline products and services (collectively our “Services”).

Before you use our Services, please read this Policy in its entirety, to help you make informed decisions about your relationship with us.

1. Introduction

Personal Data. “Personal Data” is data that relates to you and can — either on its own or in combination with other information — identify you as an individual. Whether this data true or not, about “you” as an individual who (a) has contacted us through any means to find out more about any goods or services we provide, or (b) may, or has, entered into a contract with The Work Project Group of Companies for the supply of any goods or services by us.

Our Services. The Services referenced in this Policy include the Services provided by The Work Project.

References to “you.” In this Policy, “you” means anyone who uses our websites, applications, or other Services. As our member, this Policy explains how we use Personal Data in the context of our relationship with you, explains how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data in the context of your use of our Services.

2. Personal data we collect

2.1 The Personal Data that we collect, and our use of that data depends on your relationship with us and the requirements of applicable law as described below.

2.2 We collect information:

- That you provide to us directly.

- That your company provides to us.

- About your name, contact information, work email address , personal email address, work telephone number or personal telephone number, nationality, gender, date of birth, marital status, photographs and other audio-visual information, employment information and financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers or bank account information for your use of our Services, including through cookies, pixels, web beacons, logs, and other internet technologies.

3. Information collected from you

The Work Project Group of Companies requests different types of Personal Data from you and your company, depending on the Services you use and your relationship with us. We may collect the following categories of information, depending on the Services that you use:

3.1 Contact Information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and other information that enables us to contact you.

3.2 Verification Information, including a photo ID or government issued identification, and date of birth.

3.3 Professional Information, including your company name, title, role, team, and other information about your profession.

3.4 Payment Information, including your credit or debit card details, bank account information, and payment or other information required when you make a purchase.

3.5 Communications, and any other information that you intentionally share, send, or receive using the Services, including your e-mail, SMS, Slack, requests made through automated chatbots, Amazon Echo, other voice assistants, or similar technology, calendar invitations, and any other information you choose to share with us — including your photos, videos, blog entries, interests, hobbies, lifestyle choices, and groups with which you are affiliated — and that you send or receive using the Services.

3.6 Device and Usage Information, including information about your computer or device. This includes:

- Device identifiers, such as IP address, WiFi MAC address, and Bluetooth address. For more information about choices to opt out of the use of Mobile Location Analytics to capture your mobile device’s WiFi MAC address or Bluetooth address.

- Information about your online activity, including information collected through the use of standard Internet technologies, such as cookies, pixels, web beacons, logs, and other Internet technologies, as further set forth in our Cookie Policy, and your offline activity, including information about events you attend.

- Space utilization information and information about how you use our Services, including through Spatial and People Analytics Sensors (“SPA Sensors”) in offices, pantries, conference rooms, and other spaces of some facilities that you may work in or visit, to promote more efficient and comfortable uses of the Services. Examples of SPA Sensors include desk occupancy sensors, environmental sensors, WiFi network hubs, and optical camera-powered sensors.

3.7 Other Personal Data, including, in addition to all of the information described above, instant messenger and social media screen names, usernames and passwords, relationship to emergency point of contact, vehicle identification, and other details such as the purpose of your visit, photos of you, and data or files that you input, upload, or store with the Services, such as search queries that you submit, and documents that you upload to the Services. We will also process Personal Data included in content and information that you add to your member network or other community profile. References to “Other Personal Data” in this Policy and the product-specific links below refer to all Personal Data referenced in this Policy.

4. How we use of your personal data

4.1 How we use your Personal Data depends on your relationship with us. In general, we use your Personal Data to:

- Perform obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and/ or services requested by you.

- Verify your identity.

- Respond to or fulfill customer service requests.

- Respond to, hand and process queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you.

- Manage your relationship with us.

- Process payment or credit transactions.

- Send marketing information about our goods and services including notifying you of our marketing events, community events, and other initiatives and promotions.

- Analyze, better tailor, and improve our products and services.

- Protect against fraud, abuse, or harm and otherwise provide a Secure Environment (“Secure Environment” as used in this Policy means both physical and online environments).

- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any Governmental and/ or Regulatory Authority.

- Transmit to any unaffiliated third parties including our third-party service providers and agents, and relevant Governmental and/ or Regulatory Authorities, whether in Singapore or aboard, for the aforementioned purposes and.

- Any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

4.2 We may disclose your Personal Data:

- Where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods or services requested by you.

- To third party service providers, agents and other organizations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed above.

5. Withdrawing your consent

5.1 The consent that you have provided to The Work Project Group of Companies for collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/ or disclosing your Personal Data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at this contact details privacy@theworkproject.com

5.2 Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within fourteen (14) business days of receiving it.

5.3 Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing.

5.4 Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose your Personal Data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

6. Access to and correction of personal data

6.1 If you wish to make

- An access request to access to a copy of the Personal Data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your Personal Data.

- A correction request to correct or update any of your Personal Data which we hold about you, you may submit your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@theworkproject.com

6.2 We will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days after receiving your request to confirm if we are able to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).

7. Protection of personal data

7.1 We will safeguard your Personal Data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks by using appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to secure all storage and transmission of Personal Data, and disclosing Personal Data both internally and to our authorized thirty party service providers and/or agents only on a need to know basis.

7.2 We would like to notify you that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of Electronic Storage is completely secure. We strive to protect to secure your personal information while we continue to review and enhance our systems and strengthen our information security measures.

8. Accuracy of personal data

We generally will rely on Personal Data provided by you (or your authorized representative). In order to ensure that your Personal Data is current, complete and accurate, we require you to update us if there are any changes to your Personal Data by informing our Date Protection Officer in writing or via email at privacy@theworkproject.com

9. Retention of personal data

9.1 We may retain your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.

9.2 We will cease to retain your Personal Data, or remove the means by which the date can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

11. Legal bases for processing personal data

11.1 The processing of your Personal Data as described above is necessary to meet our contractual obligations to you or your company, to meet our legal obligations, or to meet our legitimate interests in providing our services. Our legitimate interests may include providing you and others a Secure Environment, and analyzing, improving, and better tailoring our products and Services.

11.2 We generally rely on our legitimate interests in marketing our Services to you, whether on our own websites or on third-party websites, and in providing promotions or sweepstakes, where permitted by applicable law. We provide you with choices about how we use your Personal Data, in accordance with applicable law, by allowing you to opt out of receiving all such communications (unless they are transactional solely related to the provision of our Services to you and have no marketing element) and, where required, by not sending you any such messages without your prior consent. Where applicable, we also may process Personal Data with your consent. Remember that in certain circumstances, and where permitted by applicable law, you may have the right to object to our uses of your Personal Data as further described in Section 3 of this Policy.

12. Effect of notice and changes to notice

12.1 This NOTICE applies in conjunction with any other notices, contractual clauses and consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal date by us.

12.2 We may revise this NOTICE from time to time without any prior notice to be given to you. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which this NOTICE was last updated. Your continual use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
